Size Guide

Sizing isn't universal — a US 10 in Nike is not the same shoe length as a US 10 in adidas, and the UK and EU conversions differ between brands. That's why we list each brand separately, using the brand's own conversion chart.

The most reliable method: measure your foot in centimetres. Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure heel to mark. Do both feet and use the longer one — then find that CM value in the brand's chart below. If you're between sizes, go up.
