1. Who we are

2. Our products
Items are designer and luxury goods, mostly pre-owned, authenticated in-house, and frequently one-of-a-kind. We describe condition honestly and photograph each piece; screen colours may vary slightly from the actual item.
3. Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before processing if a price is clearly wrong.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we confirm and accept it. As items are usually unique, we may cancel and refund an order if the item is no longer available.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are fulfilled once payment is received in full.
6. Shipping and returns
Delivery is handled per our Shipping Policy, and returns per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — branding, text, and images — belongs to lx.unvaulted or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to defraud us, or resell our authentication as your own.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
